Our Strategy
Here at Red London, we run a 60% investment to 40% development portfolio. Investment acquisitions are often mixed tenure with a minimum 4-year secure income. Development opportunities are predominately freehold sites with well supported transport infrastructure where the average first time buyer home is below GBP500k.

Our Founders
Aseem Sheikh
Aseem Sheikh graduated from the Welsh school of Architecture in Cardiff and has over 19 years’ experience in the architecture and construction industry. Aseem has advised on the acquisition and development of numerous sites including his own around London for funds & HNWI in the UK & Abroad. Aseem is the Chairman of Vauxhall One (Business Improvement District). He sits on the GLA Nine Elms Strategy Board, KOV Forum Board and St Johns Church amongst other CSR roles. He is often published for his works promoting beekeeping on London’s Mosques within the urban environment.
Ali Yassin
Ali Yassin was previously based in London for several years where he worked in investment banking, public sector healthcare management, and private equity. Ali joined Abu Dhabi Holding Group in 2009 where he worked in a senior advisory role. During his time he was involved in numerous finance and investment transactions including several real estate transactions. Ali has a Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics & Political Sciences, and is a qualified and chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment in London, UK. Ali also holds an Islamic Finance Qualification.
